• Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, and timestamps.

3. Facebook & Instagram Data

Our platform integrates with Meta's APIs to receive lead data from Facebook Lead Ads and Messenger. Specifically:

• We access lead form submission data (name, email, phone) from Facebook Lead Ads when users submit forms on your ads.
• We receive Messenger messages sent to your connected Facebook Page.
• We use Page Access Tokens to retrieve lead details on your behalf.
• We do not sell, rent, or share Facebook or Instagram user data with third parties.
• Facebook and Instagram data is used solely for the purpose of lead management within your account.
• We retain Facebook data only as long as you maintain your account or as required by applicable law.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

• With your organization: Lead data is accessible to users within your workspace/account.
• Service providers: We may share data with third-party services that help us operate our platform (email delivery, call tracking).
